Of the moral, spiritual and intellectual self, utilizing introspection and self examination though the study, dialogue and sharing of our collective experiences. This is done in a Socratic discourse intended to be free of judgement or animosity, so each individually create a better version of the self, for the self. Without a forced direction or development other than mutual respect. You are deserving simply because you are. Nothing more is required. Not doctrine. Not dogma. The analysis of it.
