We are not a free Masonic organization, we are not Freemasonry, nor do we speak on behalf on any Freemasonic jurisdiction, lodge or organization. We are a society of non-masons, and Masons who are dedicated to fostering curiosity, encouraging questions, and cultivating a deeper understanding of the betterment of self through study, dialogue, and our collective experiences.

Weekly Masonic Reflection Letter: May 6th 2026.

“Why are many called, and few chosen?”
Dear Brethren, many are called to the Light; few are chosen to walk in it. The difference does not lie in opportunity, but in willful obedience. Spiritual growth is not granted by mere initiation or membership, but earned through the faithful application of Masonic principles and life transformation.
Masonry confers the power of knowledge with a sacred charge. When a man enters into solemn commitment before the Grand Architect, he is conditionally endowed with the eternal truths reserved for the worthy, as the mysteries are not unlocked by ceremony alone, but by character. Light is not given where virtue is neglected. If your life is clouded by dissatisfaction, confusion, or repeated failure, you must look inward, not outward, for the cause. Did you lend an attentive ear or is your heart so drawn away by the fleeting honors, recognition, and status of this world?. God’s promise still is:“Let your bowels be full of brotherly love towards all men, and let virtue garnish your thoughts unceasingly… then shall your confidence wax strong in the presence of God; and the mysteries of Masonry shall distill upon your soul as the dews from Heaven.”

A Lodge is the building in which Freemasons meet, as well as, the Freemasons themselves. Every Lodge meets and works under the Masonic Authority of a Grand Lodge, which in turn, derives its authority from an older Grand Lodge. All Lodge Officers must remember the sacred nature of their stewardship and their solemn responsibility. History and experience sadly shows us that many, when given even a small measure of authority, are tempted toward pride, impatience, or domination. Such conduct is contrary to the very spirit of Masonry. To be called is to be invited; to be chosen is to be proven. The Grand Architect does not measure us by our position nor by what how much we know, but by what we become. Let us therefore humble ourselves, govern our passions, and live the principles we profess. Let brotherly love guide our actions, virtue refine our thoughts, and truth anchor our character.

Fraternally yours, The Presidency of the Society of Light.
Signed in spirit and truth.
